The formation course is divided in two distinctive levels, with specific goals depending on the preparation and collaboration levels .
The basic formation course is aimed to everyone who want to become a professional diver, is opened to any experience level. The courses follow PADI and SSI training, issuing worldwide recognized certification. They can be done at any time during the whole year.
Vital qualities to attain the course are a real motivation, o good interpersonal aptitude with the public, availability of about one year and fluently speak at least the English language. The first 3-4 months are mainly dedicated to diving. Once attained the professional certification it will be possible to become an effective member of the staff to continuously improve professionalism and certainty. The advanced formation course is entirely dedicate to active staff, to let every instructor become a polyhedral professional and an entrepreneur.
Part of the lessons are addressed to the most actual management’s procedures, to the most sophisticated marketing methodologies and to the most advanced communication’s techniques to optimize both logistical and human diving resources and to be able to always offer high quality service. The other part involves upgrades on diving techniques, latest equipment and marine biology courses. Finally there are standardized training on safety and emergency procedures.
