If you are 8 or 9 years old this is the chance to dive in a swimming pool with a Dive In instructor. Start with the “right fin”, dive in the PADI Bubblemaker program, begin today your dive adventure!
Passport Diver SSI
Are you short on time and you don’t know if you are going to like diving? SSI Passport Diver is an exciting introductory experience to dive with air tanks, always assisted by a professional diver that will give you the chance to dive when you want and as long as you want. Minimum age to begin the program is 12 years. You can decide to follow the complete program (SSI Passport Diver) or only part of it (Try Scuba Diving). To the divers who complete the program a SSI Passport Diver will be issued.
SSI Passport Diver owners are qualified to dive under the direct supervision of a certified Instructor or Divemaster. SSI Passport Diver could maintain it’s validity provided the owner complete the program within six months or, after completing the course, continue to dive and on his SSI Passport Diver a dive has been logged in the previous six months.
SSI Passport Diver owners are able to enrol to the SSI Scuba Diver Course, certification that allow to dive without the supervision of a certified Instructor or guide. The training completed during the SSI Passport Diver is valid, at the Instructor’s discretion, as a credit toward this course. For this reason the Instructor might offer discount.

Open Water Diver PADI - Scuba Diver SSI
It’s time to dive into the PADI Open Water Diver or the equivalent SSI Scuba Diver, the world most spread programs. . Throughout the course you will learn the basic diving techniques with air tanks. Completing five theory lessons, five dives in a swimming pool and four or five dives in an open water environment, you will earn the PADI Open Water Diver or the SSI Scuba Diver certification, recognized in the whole world.
As a certified PADI Open Water Diver or SSI Scuba Diver, you can dive alone with a dive buddy to a maximum depth of 18 meters. . If you already participated to a PADI Discover Scuba Diving, PADI Scuba Diver or SSI and SSI Passport, verify with your Dive In Instructor the eventual credit toward the PADI Open Water Diver or SSI Scuba Diver course Everyone in a good health, in a normal physical condition and with a minimal aquatic ability could attain the PADI Open Water Diver or SSI Scuba Diver certification. If your age is between 10 and 14 years, or you have a child of the same age, you or your child could achieve the PADI Junior Open Water Diver certification.
The course has the full diving equipment included and the PADI or SSI certifications can be done in four and five days. PADI Open Water Diver or SSI Scuba Diver certifications give you the opportunity to attain the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or SSI Advanced Scuba Diver courses.

How can you learn prevention and managing techniques for emergencies having fun? Definitely participating the Rescue Diver Course! The Rescue Diver Course widen your knowledge and skills so you can provide assistance, manage diving accidents and provide first response.
The program represent an important step to widen your knowledge and experience as a diver. The Rescue Diver certification leads you to the professional leadership courses: GO PRO. To gain access to the Rescue Diver Course you should be certified as an Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalent and be at least 15 years old. If your age is between 12 and 14 years you can achieve the Junior Rescue Diver certification. Medic First Aid
Do you want to be ready in case of emergency? Then this program is for you! The EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE ™ program involves a training based on the Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and procedures in case of emergency. It is also a medical program that shows Primary Care and Secondary Care techniques, following both national and international law.
This program is not intended only for divers, and it’s a prerequisite to become a Rescue Diver.

Specialty Courses could be considered both an introduction to specific diving activities and also a study in depth of the previously mentioned, therefore some Specialty Courses are conceived to focus the students further in specific diving techniques. Both SSI and PADI specialty courses provide to the divers the opportunity to safely enjoy, directly in open water with the direct supervision of a certified instructor, gaining experience in particular diving activity. Some of the most common Specialty Courses are:
Night Dives The purpose of this course is to provide to the diver the ability and knowledge necessary to have fun and safely enjoy night dives. Could be aimed both to freedivers and SCUBA divers.
Underwater Naturalist The purpose of these courses is to lead the diver to an acknowledgement of the basic physical and biological elements of a certain underwater environment, typical of the place where the dives are made. Many of the information on particular environments are object of study and research like oceanology, geology, biology and ecology. The use of films, videos, slides and pictures is an essential element of training material. Visits to aquariums and other scientific institutes are also very useful. Could be aimed both for freedivers and scuba divers.
Underwater Photography The purpose of this course is to provide to the diver with the knowledge and techniques to safely enjoy underwater photography, minimizing the risks associated with such activity. This course will teach the basic use of an underwater camera.
Search and Rescue The purpose of this course is to provide to the diver the knowledge to safely end with minimal risks these search operations very useful to an expert diver, even if he/she does it for pleasure.
Wreck Diving (without penetration) The purpose of this course is to train the diver with the techniques and knowledge to safely dive close to a wreck. Is defined a wreck dive any dive without penetration that take place around a sunken ship, airplane or any other submerged object or entity.
Wreck Diving (with penetration) The purpose of this course is to train the diver with the techniques and knowledge to safely dive into a wreck. Is defined a wreck dive any dive with penetration that take place inside a sunken ship, airplane or any other submerged object or entity. Wreck dives with penetration at night should be considered as “Underwater Speleology” dives.
Ice Diving The purpose of this course is to train the diver with the techniques and knowledge to safely dive under the ice.
Cave Diving The purpose of this course is to train the diver with the techniques and knowledge to safely dive inside a cave, describing any possible danger. For the course intention, any dive done within direct access to the surface and where the light, even partially, enters, is considered as a “cave dive”. Cave dives carried out during the night have to be considered as “Underwater Speleology”.
Underwater Speleology The purpose of this course is to widen the knowledge learned during “Cave Diving”, training the diver about the techniques required to safely dive beyond the limits of the cave entrance. The course must be in accordance with nationals organizations rules officially recognized to teach speleology.
Deep Dives The purpose of this course is to train the diver regarding the knowledge and techniques necessary to safely plan and perform deep dives, avoiding mandatory decompression stops. For the course purpose any dive between 18 and 40 meters (60 – 130 feet) should be considered as a deep dive. Training dives cannot be performed below 40 meters.
Assistant Instructor The purpose of this course is to train the diver to assist other divers during lessons organized by an Active Status PADI Instructor. This course emphasize the general diver techniques and capabilities and should not be considered a substitution for other professional PADI courses. At the end of the course the participant is receiving the “Assistant Instructor” certification, not a professional qualification. He/She cannot receive benefits as a PADI Instructor, but remains valid to increase the maximum number of students per Instructor.
